3. Platform Usage
Users agree to:
Use the Platform only for lawful purposes
Not misuse, copy, or attempt to disrupt the Platform
Not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information
FinBudCredit reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse or violation of these Terms is detected.
4. Merchant Transactions
FinBudCredit does not sell products or services listed by merchants.
Product pricing, availability, credit approval, repayment terms, refunds, cancellations, shipping, and delivery are determined solely by the merchant.
Any dispute related to a transaction must be resolved directly between the user and the merchant.
5. Credit-Based Purchases
Credit purchase facilities are offered directly by merchants, not by FinBudCredit.
FinBudCredit does not determine credit eligibility, limits, repayment terms, or collections.
Users acknowledge that any credit agreement is strictly between the user and the merchant.
6. Payments
Payments on the Platform are processed through authorized third-party payment gateways.
FinBudCredit does not store sensitive payment information.
Payment processing timelines are subject to the policies of the payment gateway and the merchant.
7. Refunds and Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the merchant’s individual policies.
FinBudCredit does not initiate or guarantee refunds.

8. Shipping and Delivery
All products are shipped and delivered by merchants.
FinBudCredit is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages during shipping.

Merchant actions or omissions
Product quality, delivery, or pricing issues

All content, trademarks, logos, and technology on the Platform are the property of FinBudCredit and may not be used without prior written permission.
