  • Merchants will provide instructions regarding product return, pickup (if any), and documentation required.

  • FinBudCredit may assist in connecting users with merchants but does not facilitate the return itself.


3. Refunds for Returned Products

  • Refunds for returned products are processed by the merchant according to their refund policy.

  • FinBudCredit does not guarantee or process refunds.


4. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify the merchant immediately.

  • Resolution, including return, replacement, or refund, is managed by the merchant.


5. Limitation of Liability

FinBudCredit is not responsible for:

  • Delays or issues in processing returns

  • Rejected returns

  • Merchant-specific return policies
