FinBudCredit may assist in connecting users with merchants but does not facilitate the return itself.
3. Refunds for Returned Products
Refunds for returned products are processed by the merchant according to their refund policy.
FinBudCredit does not guarantee or process refunds.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must notify the merchant immediately.
Resolution, including return, replacement, or refund, is managed by the merchant.
5. Limitation of Liability
FinBudCredit is not responsible for:
Delays or issues in processing returns
Rejected returns
Merchant-specific return policies
